Privacy Policy

Sigap is an educational demonstration project. Treat it as non-private: do not enter real personal or sensitive data.

What it stores. To run the demo, the app stores the account details you provide (name, email, password hash), the workspaces, articles, conversations, leads, and knowledge you create, and operational data such as sessions and usage counters.

Third parties. Message and knowledge-base text is sent to OpenAI to generate AI replies and embeddings. If billing is enabled, payments are handled by Stripe — no card details touch this application.

Retention. Data lives only for the life of the demo instance and may be deleted or reset at any time. Contact the operator of your instance to remove your data.
